4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

1. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the compatibility of their phone with the desired network after unlocking.
2. If the customer intends to use a UK network following the unlock, they should verify that the phone being unlocked has not been reported lost, stolen, or abused by entering the IMEI at http://www.checkmend.com/uk.
Lost, stolen, and abused phones are barred/blocked in the UK once reported and cannot be used on any network thereafter.

5. SERVICE DELIVERY TIMES

1. The delivery times are as quoted in the guidelines set by the respective networks.
2. These delivery times are variable and can decrease or increase without notice. This applies to all unlock providers, including us. During the unlocking process, if any changes occur in the delivery times, we will immediately notify you via email and keep you informed until the unlocking is complete.

6. UNLOCKING INSTRUCTIONS

• The completion of the unlock process will be notified via email to the provided email address. The email will contain simple instructions to complete the unlock procedure, such as connecting to iTunes.


7. PRIVACY STATEMENT

It is not possible to determine if a 'SIM Locked' or 'SP Locked' phone has been 'Blacklisted' from any specific network or all major networks without performing the unlock procedure using our services.
Therefore, if we undertake an unlock and you discover that the phone is, in fact, logged as lost, stolen, or abused, we cannot legally make a 'blacklisted' phone work again.
